welcome to my world.
ataraxiel was born from a combination of my favorite word & concept, and my nickname. (ataraxia + el).
ataraxia (greek: ἀταραξία) refers to a state of serene calmness, "unperturbedness," or peace of mind, free from worry, fear, and emotional distress. It signifies an inner tranquility unaffected by external circumstances.
the inspiration behind my work stems from this concept; quieting the outer world and its' chaos, to turn up the volume of our inner world.

i am a photographer and creative, but more than that, i'm a lover of living. i create visual stories rooted in movement, emotion, and presence - work that reflects the rhythms of life.
my craft is guided by a deep appreciation for connection, community, and the natural world around us. whether through music, branding, the equestrian world, or everyday moments, i'm drawn to capture what feels alive, authentic, and in motion.
